It was an ordinary day with extraordinary food and company.
What was supposed to be a day for pedicure (yeah yeah, I’m overdue) turned out to be a spontaneous date with Saz. Finally, we visited Raintree for the first time! Can I just say that they have the most amazing milk tea??? (Kudos to the Bulans!)Ya heard it. I know I’ve long been a Moonleaf girl but the first sip took me away- I’m now a fan! Try their bestselling Raintree Mix/Special (haha, ironically I hardly remember my favorite) if you wanna get blown away.
Next up was an early dinner at Garlic Grill in Katipunan Avenue (beside Elorde’s Boxing Gym!), which we had always wanted to try out but it was always full- hence, we came at around 530pm when the place’s half full and parking slots were available. We had Angus Beef, stuffed jalapenos, and the caramelized garlic and onion and mozzarella soup. Wasn’t superb as expected but it was delish!
Hung out at Saz’ office and watched 2 episodes of Community!!! It was a good day, indeed.
